In reply, Ipswich were 170 all out. Once a partnership at the top of the Ipswich order was broken, inspiration bowling from Simon Proctor (finishing with figures of 6-28) helped turn the game on its head. Proctor was backed up by some excellent bowling from Dylan Simmons and in particular Teddy Clifton who finished with figures of 4-31.
Won by 7 runs
Player of the day: Simon Proctor

U13A
Norwich  66all out

U12A
The under 12s batted first in a 28 over per side game and amassed 214 for 3.  Tom Harris (30) and Nico Papworth (43) got the side off to a solid start putting on 85 for the first wicket.  Although 3 wickets fell in quick succession Daniel Bainbridge (69 not out) and Rohan Kaushal (31 not out) put on 118 in 12 overs leaving Ipswich a mountain to climb.  It proved beyond them and they limped to 68 all out in 23 overs with Rory Bartram the star bowler, 4 for 14.  He was well backed up by Alex Bilalis-Stone, 2 for 13, and Kit Warde-Aldam, 2 for 7.
An impressive win by 146 runs

U13B v Gresham’s
Gresham’s  169 for 8 (Ollie Simmons 4 for 12)
Norwich 83 for 7
Lost by 86 runs

U12 B vs Gresham's away.
We batted first and scored 163-5 from our 25 overs. Special mention to Alex Leeder who batted confidently before being caught on 45. In reply Gresham’s were 60 all out in 13 overs. Harry Steward took wickets with the first two balls of the innings and finished with 3/3 from 2 overs. Joe Bailey and Jakob Marshall also bowled extremely well, taking two wickets each and Elliot Martin captained the side with maturity.
Won by 103 runs

U14s v Old Buckenham High (cup semi-final)
Norwich 214 for 2 in 20 overs (Lawrence Randle 101 not out)
OBH 93 all out (Lewis Dorling 4 for 8, Elliott George 3 for 5 inc a hat-trick)
Won by 121 runs

U12A (Cup)
Norwich 111 for 7 in 20 overs
Beeston Hall 88 for 8
Won by 23 runs

As the game moved into the final overs we tightened our grip on the game and the 26th over was a wicket maiden from Robin Pearson which left Denstone on 114 for 7 still 30 runs short.
Unfortunately the game was snatched from our grasp in the next two overs as the Denstone number five plundered twenty six.
A disappointing defeat but an excellent achievement to get to the last eight in the country.
